dinner - crunch wraps

 get some big flour tortillas and some little flour tortillas.  cook up some ground beef or chicken and season with taco seasoning.  in the center of your big tortilla add your toppings in an area about the same size as your small tortilla - meat, cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, onions, tomatos etc.  cover with the small tortilla and fold the rest of the big tortilla up to secure the package.  fry until crisp on both sides.

dinner - burger bowls

 roast up some diced potatos, or cook some fries or tots.  cook some ground beef with whatever seasonings you like.  make a burger sauce from mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish and season it up.  layer your bowl with potatos, meat, lettuce, cheese, sauteed onions, tomato, the sauce, or whatever you like on your burgers.

i finally used my latest 2 unnecessary (?) kitchen gadgets

 last year i convinced myself that i absolutely must have a mini muffin maker.  i bought it and promptly pushed it to the back of the cupboard, embarrassed that i spent money on it when i have perfectly good muffin tins and an oven.

THIS year i decided that i could not live without a mini waffle maker, mostly because of those aesthetic videos online of people packing their food for the day.  i want to be cute and aesthetic too! 

last month i finally used both of them for the first time.

tech tidy - in which we start decluttering ideas, recipes and more saved from the internet

 continuing my bad habit of trying to do too much all at once I'm now determined to get rid of some of the hundreds, if not thousands of favorited, saved, open tabs, photos and screenshots, bookmarks, paper, frankly everything and anything to get rid of some clutter.

i have dozens of tabs open on my computer, nearly 100 on my phone, not to mention things saved or favorited on social media platforms and my bookmark list on my laptop is a kilometer long.

the one that frustrated me the most, for no reason, is tick tok, so i thought i'd start there.

i currently have 802 videos favorited.  eeeek.  so, i went down to the very bottom and chose the last video, which was recomendations from a book store.

at one time, a bunch of years ago, i had a long list of books that i wanted to read in the back of a journal.  since i abandoned that journal, i either screenshot photos of books that i want to read, add them to another list, or just shrug and hope i'll remember them.  i searched for my old journal with the list but couldn't find it, and just as i was about to start a new list on paper i thought, what about an app?

i picked the Reading List app as all i am looking for is a basic app to keep a, well, reading list.

so far i've added 81 books to it, and been able to clear out oh, about 81 screenshots out of my photos.

yay!

my next journey into my favorites began with unfavoriting about 10 videos that had been deleted, as well as removing a smash taco recipe, and the terrible marshmallow in the chocolate chip cookie video.  i also watched and screenshotted from 2 book recommendation videos and removed 3 candy recipes that i should not make. i also decided to delete some halloween crafts that i haven't made and let's be honest, won't ever make.

that has me down to 760!
